So soft, no tangle. It does fall shoulder length and then some as far as shrinkage, but other times it will fall really long like bra strap length, so thats the best part you get to choose levels of shrinkage . I ordered 4 bundles of 18" and it was definitely enough for my flip over method sew in. Will definitely order again ❤️ -

First time ordering from OMG QUEEN so I was a little skeptical but I did anyways. & I'll have to say I am very satisfied with my order, Fiona keep in can't act with me very well and was there to answer any questions. I ordered 14' 16' 18' 20"on Wednesday the 21st and received the hair 5 days later on the 26th like omg how can you not be satisfied?! Hair is VERY soft still haven't installed but please note that with any hair the longer it is the thinner it will look. Thank you love the hair so far

OMG.....thank you very much OMG Queen , I love the hair very much The hair got here very fast within four days Communication was very fast and personalized I can't wait to install the hair,,,it is soft .. No smell... Looks like african natural kinky straight hair...I am so so excited This is very very nice....I would definitely recommend!!!
