Okay so let me start by saying, this came in 3 days. Ordered Monday and I got it Thursday!! the customer service was amazing, every step of the way I was helped and they made me feel confident in my purchase. They answered all my questions, before and after my purchase. This is by far the best wig I’ve ever had! This unit is as natural as it gets. I got an 18 inch and I think it’s a little longer (yay!) It’s thick and pretttttyyyy!! The parting space is great, so realistic. No tangling, no shedding. It‘s kinky straight but super soft. this wig is very versatile and the hair line did come pre plucked but I still plucked it a little bit more to make it look a little more natural . Omg queen has stolen my heart! I will definitely be ordering ALL my wigs from them from now on!. Not to mention I will keep ordering this unit

This wig is great i love the feel and the lace melts like a dream minimum shedding no tangling regular smell nothing bad or anything and super affordable i have slept in this unit flat ironed curled it hot combed it and it's still soft and manageable knots bleached quickly so be careful if you do want to bleach it i will definitely recommend and be purchasing again love you OMGQUEEN!!!
